In line with the introduction of GDPR we wanted to make clear about the data we hold on our clients and how it is used here at Fordham Boarding Cattery ... in plain english.
We take your personal data seriously and only hold information that you have personally consented to give us; normally when you first make a booking or wish to udate the information you have already given us.
This information that you have given us knowingly is only used as follows:-
To create a client entry in our boarding database so that we can create a contract for boarding your cat(s).
As contact information used only when relating to a booking you have asked for.
As information required by the local council for licensing purposes.
As information required by HMRC.
As information required to contact your vet if required by boarding your cat(s).
We never obtain client data from third parties, we never obtain any client data from our web site, we never send out mailing list to clients.
We never give or sell client data to third parties.
You are of course welcome to request what data we hold for you.
You are of course welcome to request that we remove your data subject to our legal requirements.
